Project Goal: At Mudrock 2009 during a wind storm the Black Brant was knocked over and a hole and 3" crack was punched into the airframe.
I stripped the rocket down and did a complete repair and upgraded the electronics too. She now sports a new paint job I am waiting on some custom vinyl lettering to finish the job. The Black Brant will be flying again this year on a Swamp Gas, 3 grain M.
This XPRS will be her 5th birthday and with luck her 6th and 7th flights.
I will most likely fly all three of the Brants in succession from smallest to largest.
